lintl

What to send

  • What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
  • The app or the website. In the app, Settings shows the version and the update you are on under App. Copy those lines.
  • A screenshot if there is one. Please leave out anything you do not want us to see.

Things you can do yourself

  • Chats, documents and what lintl remembers are all in the app and on the website, and the same on both.
  • Delete your account from Settings in the app, or the account menu on the website. It erases your chats, documents, what lintl remembers and your sign-in at once. A case you shared with a practice is closed, not deleted.
  • An address lintl cannot match: try it with the house number and the postcode. Flats and new builds are the usual misses.
  • A run that will not stop: see Stopping a run.

What lintl is, and is not

lintl helps you plan changes to a home: what the rules allow, what the plot and the house look like from above, what an extension might involve, and what to send an architect. Its answers are estimates from public data and an AI model, not advice. Check with a professional before you submit anything.

Privacy and terms

The privacy policy says what lintl holds about you and for how long. The terms of service say what you and we agree to. Both are linked from Settings in the app and from the website.
